A FUSION OF YOGA, QIGONG, AND DEEP RHYTHMIC BREATHING
* REJUVENATING
* REINVIGORATING
* STRENGTHENING
THE FULL BODY ELIXIR is a fluid, isometric practice of stretching, opening and rejuvenating the body through unifying breath and movement, mind and awareness, silence and nature. The practice includes mindfulness, Super Brain Yoga, core engagement, deep rhythmic breathing and clearing the mind of clutter and negativity. This practice is a tonic to develop youthful vigor, vitality, flexibility, peace of mind, positive intent and happiness. The really good news is, practiced daily, it works!
