Yoga is for everyone.  We come to the practice not because we are flexible and in perfect shape, but because we love life, and our future - and we are willing to invest in the quality of our life.  Seemingly long ago and far away in childhood, if we were so blessed, we lived in ease and freedom.  We come to yoga to practice ease and letting go of all the things and thoughts that no longer serve our health or well-being.  

Among the many reasons to do yoga are stress relief and relaxation and the myriad of its resulting health benefits including; disease prevention, spinal health, digestive health, increased circulation, respiratory health, flexibility, strength and great vitality.  In short, doing yoga feels terrific because it is recalibrating the body mind systems to natural healing!

Yoga means union, to unite with ~ to experience the mind as a gentle, trusting, positive presence in the body so completely that one can awaken to and experience the peaceful wisdom and light within that is always there guide us.  The One we are praying to is also within.
